Eligibility for Refunds

- Damaged or Defective Items – The product arrives with undisclosed damage affecting its use (minor cosmetic flaws excluded).
- Incorrect or Misrepresented Items – You receive the wrong product, or it doesn’t match the description/expiry date.
Not eligible for refunds:
- Change of mind – We cannot accept returns simply because you no longer want the item.
Return Window & Conditions
- 3 days from delivery – Contact us immediately if there’s an issue. After this period, we cannot process refunds.
- Unused & in original packaging – Items must be in resellable condition with proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation).
