Below is our complete shipping policy to help you understand our delivery process, timelines, and policies clearly.
We currently ship nationwide within the Philippines, including selected provincial and island areas (subject to courier availability).

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Manila: 1–3 business days*
  • Luzon (outside Metro Manila): 2–4 business days*
  • Visayas: 3–6 business days*
  • Mindanao: 5–10 business days*
  • Palawan and Other Remote Areas: 10–20 business days*

*Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, courier delays, peak season or force majeure events.
*Please wait twice the maximum average delivery time for delays before contacting us.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Location
  • Package weight and size
  • Courier rates

Exact shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number via email and account order page

Failed Deliveries

Delivery time will depend on the courier’s availability and cannot be scheduled on a specific date or time.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refused delivery

The customer may be charged for re-delivery and/or restocking fees.

Rush Orders and Miscellaneous Requests

We can’t rush orders and don’t accept special requests.

Shipping Address Changes

Shipping address changes are allowed before order shipment only. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
